“The works Bow or Bone? and Dessert Mango explore the concept of appetite, not only as a physiological necessity but also as a sensual and emotional experience. Appetite becomes the thread of investigation into the complexity of human relationships, from physical hunger to emotional desire, from satiety to the need for comfort.
The intense colors and ornamental frames that characterize these compositions capture and amplify the tension between sensory pleasure and psychological introspection, inviting the viewer to confront their own desire for beauty, an essential dimension of their identity as an artist and, more broadly, of the human condition.”
